Yes and no. Kenlan does contain keratin but we prefer to change the trend. Kenlan not only smooths out the hair but it also embraces curls and allows you to customize them without the formaldehyde or toxic fumes.

Do your clients curls start right at the root or further down the hair strand? Does your client want a big change or high contrast look from the way the hair naturally grows? This all affects longevity. Everyone has different textures and everyone wants different results so longevity of the treatment varies. Curl types and textures are all explained in detail after joining.

When you color your hair you are opening up the hair cuticle, this is also what happens when you get a nontoxic treatment. The softest way to do this with less color disruption is to use a hooded hairdryer to minimize that color shift.
